GMC New Design (1948 to 1955)
The GMC New Design was a family of trucks introduced for the 1948 model year. The New Design was an upscale version of the Chevrolet Advance Design, and while largely offered as a pickup truck, other body styles such as panel van were produced. New Design trucks were initially powered by a 3.5L inline six engine, but from 1954, a 3.9L and 4.3L inline six were available.

This vehicle has been through a full frame off restoration which includes a rebuild of the inline 6. The restoration kept the classic look and feel while adding power steering, power brakes, vintage air. The suspension is a Heidts Independent suspension with coil over shocks, the rear has leaf suspension. This vehicle looks and drive excellent.
